Designation and empowerment of safety officers and HSE supervisors across all active project sites, with clearly defined authority and accountability.
Enforcement of safety standards by supervisors, project managers, and department heads across all work areas, with zero tolerance for unsafe behaviour.
Subsidised occupational medical care for employees, supported by first aid stations and emergency resuscitation equipment maintained on-site at all times.
Active occupational health campaigns to promote preventive and prophylactic health practices and awareness among our full workforce.
Responsible waste management, site rehabilitation, and active ecosystem protection measures maintained on all projects we undertake.
